Most bugs are easy to fix once we can reproduce them. If you’re able, include one short set of steps that gets the issue to happen again.
Screenshots can help, but please keep them free of names, emails, or student information.
District rollout and licensing
If you’re reaching out on behalf of a school or district, a few basics help us respond with the right options right away.
- Student count (rough estimate is fine)
- Grade bands (elementary / middle / high)
- Device types (Chromebooks, iPads, mixed)
- Filtering/requirements (SSO, managed browsers, domain allowlists)
We can share deployment guidance, setup recommendations for managed devices, and a clean launchpad layout that keeps navigation simple.
